1. By accessing or using TikNeuron's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our service provides tools for transcribing TikTok videos, downloading subtitles, and generating AI-based content analysis, including basic transcription, AI summaries, and AI transcription with speaker diarization.
2. Videos are not stored on our servers, and audio files are only temporarily stored during the transcription process. We prioritize your content's security while delivering accurate transcription services.
3. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TikNeuron. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

Account Registration and User Requirements

1. To use our service, you must be at least 13 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You can register using your Google account through Google OAuth authentication or any other authentication methods we may provide.
2. When you choose to register using Google OAuth, you authorize us to access and store your Google account email address and basic profile information. We will only use this information for account creation, authentication, and security purposes.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any activities that occur under your TikNeuron account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you should immediately change your Google account password and notify us.
4. Multiple users are not permitted to share a single account. Each user must register and maintain their own separate account using their own Google account or other provided authentication methods.

Subscription Plans and Credits

1. We offer multiple subscription plans: Free, Pro, and Business. Each plan comes with a specific allocation of credits that can be used for various features. Free plan users receive 50 credits per account, Pro plan users receive 500 credits monthly, and Business plan users receive 1700 credits monthly.
2. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period. The cost per feature varies.
3. Refunds may be provided if less than 10% of the monthly credits have been used, subject to our discretion.

Acceptable Use and Content Guidelines

1. You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to copyright laws, data protection laws, and communication regulations.
2. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit for processing. TikNeuron is not responsible for verifying your rights to use the content.
3. Any attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our service is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Service Limitations and Third-Party Services

1. Our service relies on third-party providers including Google for authentication, OpenAI for summaries, AssemblyAI for advanced transcription, and external API providers for TikTok data access. The availability and functionality of these services may affect our service performance.
2. We implement reasonable measures to ensure service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.
3. We use functional cookies for essential service operations, including session management and layout preferences (dark/light mode). Usage tracking for non-logged users helps prevent abuse of free services.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. All intellectual property rights in our service, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and documentation, remain the property of TikNeuron. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property without express permission.
2. You retain all rights to your original content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide our services.
3. Generated transcriptions and summaries are provided for your use in accordance with your subscription plan terms.

Account Termination and Service Cancellation

1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse our service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited.
2. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you registered using Google OAuth, disconnecting your Google account will not automatically delete your TikNeuron account data. Account data will be retained unless explicitly requested for deletion.
3. We may modify or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice. Significant changes will be communicated through email or service notifications.

Limitation of Liability

1. Our service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our service.
3. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for our service in the past twelve months.

Changes to Terms

1. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Significant changes will be notified through email or service notifications. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
3. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue using our service and cancel your subscription.
